Michael G Jacobides is the Sir Donald Gordon Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Professor of Strategy at London Business School. His work, which has received the Sloan Foundation Award, has appeared in the top academic journals such as SMJ, AMJ, AMR, OrgSci and Industrial & Corporate Change, where he is a co-Editor.

He studies industry evolution, value migration, firm boundaries and organization design. His recent work has shed light on the emergence and development of digital platforms and ecosystems and has looked at the strategic and policy issues this raises.

Giuseppe is an entrepreneurial manager with 20 years of international experience in Marketing and Communication services. As the Global CEO of Spring, he guides a team of 200 talents in their London, New York, Los Angeles, and Milan offices. Before joining Spring, he spent 9 years with WPP as the CEO at Wunderman Thompson Italy and as Executive Director Europe at AKQA.

A thought leader and sought-after keynote speaker on Marketing, Leadership, Digital Transformation, and Corporate Innovation, Giuseppe is also the co-author of the best-selling Retail 4.0: 10 Guiding Principles for the Digital Age, co-written in 2018 with internationally renowned marketing expert Philip Kotler.

Arka Dhar is Product Lead at OpenAI, the organisation that created chatGPT. Arka is also co-founder of Zinier and is responsible for driving the company’s overall strategy and expanding to new verticals and global markets. Zinier is an intelligent field service automation platform that helps organisations work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

Zinier is Arka’s second company started with co-founder Andrew Wolf. At age 23, the pair founded and sold Lift12, a Singapore-based data-driven supply chain management solution for retail brands. Prior to Lift12, Arka led market development at TripAdvisor and was a venture partner at Rocket Internet, a leading European venture capital incubator.

Arka is an MIT-trained engineer and is a recent graduate of London Business School’s Sloan Programme.
